Therapy

After discussing your concerns and circumstances, together we will formulate goals for therapy and make a personal treatment plan.

I will discuss with you a therapy approach that I believe might suit your presenting concerns best. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions, the main ones being:

Separate from the chosen approach, I see therapy as a process in which we work together towards change.

Exercises/homework in between the sessions might be a part of the therapy. â€‹
